Refund and Returns Policy

Need to make a return? Don’t worry, it’s easy.

At Brodie, we pride ourselves in the quality of products we produce. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase. Items returned after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted. All returned items must be in original unused/unworn condition, with all tags to be eligible for a refund. 

Return Procedure:

Contact Customer Service at support@brodiellc.com to initiate a return. When emailing, be sure to include your order number, items to be returned and reason for return.  

Customer Service will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label to ship the product back to us.

You may choose to ship the product back using your own trackable method if you so choose rather than using the pre-paid shipping label.

Shipping Back Your Return:

  • Write return number clearly on the outside of the package, and place pre-paid shipping label on the outside of the original shipping box covering the original shipping label.

Please Note – a $7.50 charge will be deducted from your refund for using a pre-paid return shipping label.

Once your returned order has been received and the merchandise has been inspected, your return will be approved, and the reimbursement processed.

Please be aware that packages shipped to a different address, without the Return Number clearly on the outside of the package or shipped Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refused. We will notify you once we have processed your return. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be credited. No refunds or adjustments will be made for any of the original shipping costs or handling charges on the initial order.
